Tailored alerts for time-sensitive Marketplace deals

    This feature will:

    • Facilitate prompt re-negotiation, if required, by alerting you about offers that are nearing expiration

    • Provide a better understanding of the implications of an offer expiring

    Define Marketplace fee discounts

Marketplace fees can play a significant role in a seller’s adoption of the marketplace. As a marketplace operator, you are now able to define discounting rules for your sellers, where they could pay lesser fees for a negotiated period.

With the Marketplace Manager app, you can now:

    • Create and schedule fee discount rules for a given seller member of your marketplace or for the sellers transacting with a specific buyer

    • Delete and disable an existing fee discount rule

The marketplace fee service determines the applicable discounting rule and applies it when the transaction fee amount is calculated. The transactions table in the marketplace fee dashboard displays the applied fee discounts.

Sellers are also able to see the fee discounts rules in their specific app.

As a Requester, with the PR approval preview and log you can:

    • See a list of potential approvers of your Purchase Request, even before its submission

    • See who the current approver is, if your PR is still awaiting approval

    • See who has approved or verified your PR so far and when they did it, by accessing the approval log entries

    • Easily interact and collaborate with the assigned approver or cancel the PR approval flow if you no longer need it.

    Expected Delivery Time

By providing the Expected Delivery Time at the Purchase Request line level:

    • You specify the earliest time slot you expect the delivery to happen for a given item

    • The specified time slot is transported to the Purchase Order document and to the seller

    • Please note that the time segment is not yet displayed in the PDF representation of the PO

This feature can be deactivated on request. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you wish to have it disabled.

Enable cost split feature per line item type

If your order documents are supposed to be integrated into your backend system, the requisitioning flow may need to be restricted depending on the capability of this system.

For the following, the cost split feature may be enabled and disabled at line item type level: Shop, Written Request, Blanket Purchase Order or Quote. This way you can granularly disable the cost split feature for the line types which are not supported in your backend system.

By enabling the cost split feature per line type, the branch admin:

    • Ensures the feature is visible to the requesters for the line types which are supported by the backend system. This way you avoid document integration failures

    • Can independently enable or disable the cost split feature for Shop, Written Request, Blanket Purchase Order and Quote item types.
